Through this role I design, implement and monitor a comprehensive COVID Response Plan for a liberal arts college of 1100 students and employees. The project involves ground-up management, including- Building processes to foster ownership and maintain community alignment- Creating multi-level training through varied touch-points and needs monitoring- Implementing in-the-moment assessment and response using detailed matrix, tracking, analysis and internal metrics - Communicate regularly with campus community and on demand to Executive Leadership and Board of Trustees- Work with team of five to manage health, privacy, logistical, financial and communication components with diverse students, parents, employees and community members.
