I have been in the wind industry since 2015, dedicating my career to operations and maintenance. From 2015 to 2022, I worked as a wind technician, performing maintenance and troubleshooting on complex electrical and hydraulic systems across multiple WTG manufacturers. During this time, I also held key roles such as Site Safety and Quality Coordinator and Inventory Manager. In 2022, I transitioned into a leadership role, managing budgets exceeding $5 million. I am a qualified substation switchman with experience performing switching operations across various substation designs. Currently, I oversee the operations of a 300MW wind farm in western Oklahoma, working closely with a contracted team to manage all daily site activities.
