   Manage over 8 projects simultaneously with hundreds of deliverables and a staff of over 20, manage day to day operations of the Tech Doc, Manuals and Training department, responsible for development of project schedule. Responsible for P&L on $87M budget. Prime interface with the customer on all contract issues both technically and commercially. • Interface with customers, U.S. and international vendors. Address critical issues (i.e. cost, schedule, technical risk) of the project by providing and executing action plans. Monitor and report schedule status and progress. Attended project and engineering meetings with the Customers, Sub-contractor or both nationally and internationally. • Manage position to make best use of employees; select employees and develop their capabilities; plan for succession of key personnel; counsel employees effectively; administer discipline; handle human resource matters in accordance with company policy and procedures. • Establish work standards and schedules and ensure their effective implementation in the department; assign work to employees and train employees in work procedures and methods; review employees’ work for adequacy and take steps to correct inadequate performance; approve employees’ work schedules and time reports.
