As a Senior HR Generalist at Steris, I provide support in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and strategic oversight to the business as an HR business partner. I also serve in the United States Army Reserves as a Staff Sergeant, where I am the NCOIC(Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge) for the S1. I currently have 12 direct reports between HR Sergeants and HR Specialists. I am committed to fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting both managers and employees across multiple sites. My proactive approach and comprehensive HR expertise has made me a valuable asset in enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. I am well prepared in the ever-evolving world of HR with a Masters of Science from the University of Kentucky\'s Strategic Human Resource Management & Analytics program as well as working towards receiving my SHRM-CP certification.
