Provide Tier 2/3 endpoint support for Windows 10/11; diagnose and resolve OS, driver, and application issues. Intune / Autopilot administration: configuration profiles, compliance policies, update rings, baselines, and remote remediation. Application packaging & deployment (MSI/IntuneWin), detection rules, phased rollouts, and post-deployment validation. Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange/Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint (mailbox tasks, Teams settings, sharing/permissions). Entra ID (Azure AD) identity & access: user/group management, licenses, Conditional Access, MFA troubleshooting. PowerShell automation for onboarding/offboarding, license/app assignment, reporting, and routine maintenance tasks. FreshDesk (or similar ITSM): triage, incident/problem/change management, SLA adherence, clear ticket updates and handoffs. Create and maintain SOPs; produce audit-ready reports and shift summaries. Support project work: migrations, image/baseline refreshes, app rollouts, pilot/testing, and change window execution.
