About Brady Stratton

I graduated from Weber State University in 2015 with a BS in Business Administration/Finance and was listed on the High Honor Roll for the Goddard School of Business. From 20••••15, I worked as the Head Teller at First National Bank of Layton (FNB). I was promoted to Business Development Officer at the same bank in 2015 and continued in that position until 2018 when I was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. During 2018, I enrolled in the Utah Banker’s Association Executive Development Program and graduated with a certificate of completion. In 2019, FNB was acquired by Glacier Bancorp and became First Community Bank Utah, Division of Glacier Bank. I maintained my position throughout the merger and was later promoted to Senior Vice President; Marketing Officer. I currently sit on our bank’s Executive Committee and manage both the marketing and training departments of the bank. During my ten plus years in banking, I have created and implemented bank-wide marketing/advertising campaigns and rebranding, coached and managed sales teams, developed training and procedures, managed a retail branch and assisted in two core conversion projects and a merger with Glacier Bancorp.

   Co-creator and instructor of the First Community Bank Leadership Academy- a yearlong program teaching banking professionals the basics leadership through the lense of different philosophies and schools of thought. This program requires participants to attend monthly classes, complete course assignments and culminates in a capstone project. Upon successful completion of the course, employees graduate with a certification provided by the bank.
