I currently work for Dell Loy Hansen as a WAC Tax Accountant at Wasatch Group. With the complexity of tax issues in the Wasatch Group entities, the ever-changing tax laws and multi-state issues, and the compressed season for K-1 preparation that we impose upon ourselves to meet investor expectations to receive K-1s by April 1st every year. I am responsible for preparing individual, partnership, S-corps, exempt organizations, and fiduciary tax returns. I also assist in helping the Tax Director meet all filing deadlines.
