After working as a CSM for ~1.5 years, I assumed the role of Director of Customer Relations. In this role I oversee various customer-facing operations. This includes Support & Success, Billing, Shipping, etc.Responsibilities include- Collecting and analyzing data to improve customer satisfaction and ensure teams are working together cohesively and efficiently- Continuing to fulfill CSM duties for our largest clients- Working with feedback from all departments (and customers) in order to make sure their experience with Automile is worry-free and rewarding- Continually working to meet our metrics and goals.
