Talent Attraction I designed strategies to engage Indigenous talent, connecting them with scholarships, internships, and mentorships. I developed inclusive campaigns, partnered with institutions, and empowered the Talent Attraction team to strengthen connections. These efforts increased engagement and equitable access for Indigenous talent.Truth & Reconciliation Action Plan (T & RAP) Implemented priorities within T & RAP, led education initiatives, and created retention strategies for Indigenous talent. I monitored progress using respectful methodologies and fostered partnerships with Indigenous organizations. This enabled measurable reconciliation outcomes and improved workplace inclusivity.
