   As a Consulting Manager on the Finance, Accounting, and Budget capability team I lead financial assessments, reviewing and analyzing processes, policies, roles, responsibilities, and supporting technologies to develop actionable recommendations for implementation. I support financial analyses particularly within prominent Higher Education institutions, focusing on business financial process optimization, organizational design, policy creation, technology enhancements and change advisory. In this capacity, I collaborate with stakeholders across academic departments, administrative offices, and finance teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and improved processes. My current projects focus on Academic Medical Centers, specifically how accounting processes across different entities in a give health system interact with and effect the financial health and reporting of School’s of Medicine.
