Run meetings, herd cats, follow up, and circle back. IT PM is a lot of fun, and I get to work with everyone in the company, from directors of business development, to internal developers, to floor managers, plant manager, transportation managers, network, server, security, and help desk admin, and a litany of external project team members that could be construction superintendents, software developers of the most niche programs, cabling, camera, access control, and security vendors, and I\'m sure I\'ve left out others. I have the pleasure of working with all of those people to make projects happen, like all projects aim to be, on time and in budget. The fun part is when everyone aligns and the team works stronger than the sum of the individual parts. And then I get to do it all over again.
