I’m currently building Ollin, a home improvement company founded to create a one-of-one experience—for both our employees and our customers.My career has taken me through some of the best sales organizations in tech and door-to-door. Along the way, I’ve gained lessons in leadership, culture, and performance that now shape how we’re building Ollin.
