My name is Brady Clark and I graduated in July 2020 with a Bachelor\'s degree at Brigham Young University – Idaho and I majored in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. With a mix of my degree and my experience in door to door sales management, I was excited to establish my career in Human Resources. I have been working in HR for over 5 years now and have absolutely loved it! I started my HR career at a younger/start up company that recently began to build their HR team. I worked autonomously, corrected and implemented new business processes, and collaborated frequently with other departments. I participated in many noticeable accomplishments such as a Workday HRIS implementation, the acquisition of another company, the implementing of new business processes such as New Hire Orientation and an onboarding tracking process. I also managed and onboarded 2,155 candidates in the span of one year. More recently, working in Employee Relations has taught me how to resolve conflicts between employees, solve problems and complaints, and perform investigations. I have become knowledgeable in company policies and state/federal laws, in which I have enforced and guided managers on.As a door to door sales professional and manager for 5 years, I gained a wide range of knowledge in persuasion, interpersonal skills, and customer service. I learned to read strangers’ within minutes of knowing them, enabling me to cater my communication and strategy to convince them to buy and to trust me. Being proactive and taking initiative is a must in a commission-based job and is something that I have been able to excel in and teach to others. You face constant rejection in door to door sales which taught me how to be resilient and how to adjust my mind and emotions in order to remain positive and working hard. I failed to get a sale my first week and was not very good starting off. But as I kept at it, I became successful and learned I could do anything I put my mind to.Other than my experience in HR and sales management, I have worked numerous manual labor jobs such as construction, corn field laborer, potato sorter, appliance cleaner, and many more. I have been taught the importance of hard work since a young age and have learned to do whatever it takes to excel and provide for myself financially. I am a very positive individual who truly loves to create strong relationships with others and to be as successful as I possibly can in any phase of life, especially work. I have a \"work hard, play hard\" mentality because I believe there needs to be a balance in all things.
