ABOUT BRADY BJORNSON
I grew up on a dairy and stock cow operation outside of Fargo, ND and that life experience has shaped who I am today. The skillset I developed coming off the farm, playing sports in college, and earning an engineering degree shaped my approach to building success in both teams and corporate environments. I know what it means to make sacrifices to achieve success as well as how to work on a team to get the job done.My ability to build \"championship teams\" to achieve corporate goals as well as my customer centric approach has given me experience and success in real estate, ag retail, ag OEM, livestock feeding, precision farming, and dealer development roles. The key to achieving success in these roles has, and will continue to be, my customer centric viewpoint and my servant leader attitude towards removing roadblocks to my customer\'s and my company\'s success.
