TREAD and affiliate companies invest capital in companies and properties. Our platform is vertically integrated (Ownership-Management-Development-Construction) which allows us to do everything in-house. From 20••••21 our focus on affordable housing led us to purchase 5,069 manufactured housing sites. In 2022, we are shifting into developing Affordable Residential Communities (ARC). ARC\'s will be affordable and have numerous community amenities. Our goal is to build sustainable, affordable, close-knit family-oriented communities where residents are proud to call it their home. Communities where neighbors respect one another. Our mission is to provide the model affordable housing solution to people over the next 10 years. In order to do this, we will need a variety of housing options. Future potential will include Micro-grid capabilities (off-grid, solar powered with battery storage) and community farms, etc. Ultimately we have faith this concept will spread throughout America and eventually the world. The affordable housing crisis is everywhere, we need to care of our people.
