Reporting to the Senior Vice President of External Affairs and the President and CEO of University of Maryland Capital Region Health, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with federal, state and local elected officials and developing partnerships to create and implement programs that positively impact our patients, team members and the communities UM Cap serves. In addition to working with external stakeholders, Brad serves as a member of the executive team and the High Reliability Organization (HRO) Guiding Team. He also serves as the executive sponsor for UM Cap’s Sickle Cell Treatment Clinic and Food is Medicine Program.
