Design and implement a new Agile Operating Model for Workplace Investing, based on organizing the work in squads, tribes, and domains according to the end user\'s journey. Heavy emphasis on executive consulting and training both prior to the journey and during execution.Developed training content for leaders, facilitators, and teams, supporting Scrum and Kanban models depending on the level of software focus involved. Set up essential Agile Metrics that are appropriate to all teams anywhere on the agile journey.Stood up a brand-new domain and tribe with multiple squads, and got them through basic agile accomplishments, and also scaled agile and quarterly planning increments in the first 8 months. Using this experience as the model by which future teams are spun-up and coached.Primary contributor to the Scrum Master Community of Practice (CoP). Passionate about the importance of the Scrum Master role and its importance to the agile transformation at all levels, including teams, scrum of scrums, and portfolios.
