As Chief Growth Officer at Falvey Insurance Group, Brad is responsible for driving the company\'s growth and production strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and overseeing the groups business development, marketing, and specialty brokerage divisions. Brad is committed to delivering value to clients, partners, and stakeholders, and to advancing the Falvey mission of innovation, excellence, and service. He brings diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different roles within the group, and having a strong background in underwriting. In Brad\'s previous role as the Chief Relationship Officer at Falvey, he was responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow business, expand distribution, and manage global market relationships with security partners. He worked closely with the Falvey underwriting, marketing, and operations teams to optimize company products and services while expanding underwriting capacity for the group. He is a graduate of the Andrew Beazley Broker Academy at Lloyds of London and received the Business Insurance Breakout Award in 2020. Brad is a member of the Mariners Club of Massachusetts and other maritime-focused associations and is also a member of the Narragansett Lions Club Charity Foundation.
