Led project team in development of a suite of configuration and quote tools that have reduced quote time from several days to several minutes.Improved customer service by empowering dealers to generate standard quotations freeing up inside sales to more quickly create complex and custom solutions.Increased sales revenue through guided selling of add on items and educating users via help menus throughout the quoting experience. Reduced Bill of materials errors and drive standardization of architected solutions among user base.Educated new customers and employees on our complex products through the use of these configurators. Identified and created a DM Dashboard that provides visibility to dealer generated quotes to aid in the sales forecasting process.In 2017, over 1500 users around the globe created $5 billion in quotes using the 38 product Configurators that me and my team have created. Created and delivered classroom training and developed an online library for 24 hour self service of training. Identified change management risks and developed plans to minimize them.Inaugural member of the Configure One Software customer advisory board.
