Throughout my career, I have operated at the intersection of deep-tech innovation and capital markets. I don’t just build companies; I architect the strategic and financial frameworks that allow complex technologies to reach the global stage.My primary mission is the advancement of Xycota Biosciences. We are pioneering breakthroughs in brain repair therapeutics, focused on neuro-restoration and synaptogenesis to treat neurodegenerative disorders like Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) and ALS. By decoupling therapeutic effects from traditional psychedelic pathways, we are building a scalable, science-backed platform for the future of brain health. In parallel, I lead PriviNet. We are revolutionizing home safety and the IoT landscape through the PriviCare platform, a privacy-first network designed to provide cutting-edge AI and IoT connectivity without compromising user data.The engine behind these ventures is Pulse IR (a Strategic Innovations First, Inc. company). Drawing on my experience as a Public Company Executive (CEO/COO), I lead Investor Relations for select firms and my own ventures.
