ABOUT BRAD STEPHEN
Brad Stephen is a Project Engineer with WSP’s Bridge Engineering Department under the Transportation & Infrastructure Division. Brad has experience in the preliminary and detailed design, inspection, planning, quantity estimates, cost estimates as well as OSIM and fatigue inspections for bridges and culverts. Brad also has experience in fatigue evaluation and load rating of structures.Brad has been involved with projects involving client correspondence, approval agencies, and various other stakeholders including First Nations and the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA). Brad has also been extensively involved with the fatigue inspection and evaluation of several bridges. Brad also has experience with railway structure load rating, as well as project management and administration for large multi-disciplinary projects. Brad recently received his IRATA level 1 rope access technician training for more complicated bridge inspections, as well as his professional engineering license (P.Eng.).
