I have an extensive background in personnel development, specifically remote, multi-state locations. I have devoted most of my professional career to the janitorial industry. It’s a very interesting industry when you truly think about it, how it has grown and matured and continually forces you as a building service provider to look beyond a mop and bucket. Some of the toughest competition and genuinely the most remarkable innovations in the last 20 years have been in one basic thing, trash. At the beginning of my career I spent day and night training and developing individuals from all walks of life for a nationally recognized Fortune 100 company in some of our most diverse cities. Cities like Boston, Philly, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Cleveland, NYC, cities that force you to earn your level of expertise, not simply expect it. I have received countless blessings and immeasurable guidance by leaders of industry for many years, shaping a no nonsense, fundamentally sound approach at my own attempt at greatness at high level leadership.
