I am currently employed as the Branch Manager of a Staffing Company in Toronto. I am responsible for the operation of the office including its\'s sales. At JustLabour we work collaboratively with our Clients, matching their staffing needs with the specific skillsets of sourced applicants. These jobs may include: Order Pickers, Shipping and Receivers and Forklift Operators. We also have a Clerical division called JustOffice, where we recruit more traditional office related positions. Examples include: Accounts Payable and Receivable, Receptionists and Management people.My responsibilities include maintaining a positive working relationship with all levels of staff, handling questions, interpreting, and administering policies and striving to resolve work-related issues.I advise Business Partners and Clients on matters such as business acumen, discrimination, discipline, harassment, etc, consulting with legal counsel as required.Ultimate objective is to work in partnership with managers and supervisors to identify practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues and recommend appropriate action plans.
