I lead technology strategy at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and large-scale delivery. The hard part is rarely the idea. The hard part is making it repeatable, governable, and operable.I’m the Chief Technology Officer at Legacy Power Capital, building a scalable “campus-to-cloud” platform for sovereign AI infrastructure. I’m accountable for the technology vision and execution behind NexusCloud™ (single-tenant sovereign private cloud) and the technical standards that make our campus model repeatable across markets. My scope spans platform architecture, security-by-design, compliance readiness, partner ecosystems, and multi-site operational discipline.Before LPC, I spent 9 years at IBM as Product Leader for IBM Cloud for SAP, owning roadmap and delivery across IBM Cloud services supporting SAP workloads. My scope included hardware and vendor selection, SAP alliance management, demand planning for certified capacity, product certification, and global sales enablement. I’m energized by cross-functional work that aligns executives, engineers, and partners around clear governance, measurable results, and durable operating models, especially in regulated or high-stakes environments.

   Bormacc Group builds sovereign cloud campuses that pair AI-ready infrastructure with mixed-use districts—aligning land, power, fiber, security, and compliant operations from day one.As CTO, I lead Bormacc\'s technology strategy and execution across our single-tenant, sovereign private cloud and the engineering standards that make our campuses repeatable at scale—turning complex AI infrastructure into a financeable, buildable, and operable platform.What I’m responsible for-Own the end-to-end technology roadmap for Bormacc: compute/GPU capacity, storage, network fabric, platform services, and the operating model for sovereign deployments-Define the reference architecture for “dirt-to-data” delivery across campuses: standardized designs, deployment patterns, and repeatable site readiness criteria-Build security-by-design into infrastructure and operations, including compliance/audit readiness and evidence expectations aligned to recognized frameworks-Lead vendor/partner strategy (hardware, networking, security, tooling, and ops) to ensure deterministic performance, reliability, and predictable unit economics-Establish reliability, capacity-planning, and operational telemetry standards across sites to support scale-out expansion and consistent service delivery-Partner with civic, academic, and enterprise stakeholders to align governance, data boundaries, and measurable outcomes for each campus.
