About Bradley E. J.

I am an investment management and impact investing professional with deep experience across impact investing, alternative assets, portfolio analytics, investment operations, complex reporting, due diligence, and governance—including oversight of a nationally recognized third-party investment manager program. My career centers on connecting capital with purpose through transparent reporting, mission-aligned portfolio oversight, and sourcing impactful opportunities in areas such as affordable housing, economic mobility, and racial justice.I lead manager diligence and onboarding, strengthen data governance, collaborate with accounting on valuations and cash flows, and drive process redesign, workflow improvements, and system optimization. My work sits at the intersection of investment operations, reporting systems, social impact, and philanthropic capital deployment.I bring advanced experience across investment technologies including CWAN (Clearwater Analytics), LPx/Canoe, Black Diamond, Salesforce/Altvia, Tableau, and more, with a strong understanding of alternative asset structures and reporting requirements. My designations—CFA, CAIA, CAP®, and IFRS FSA—reflect my commitment to analytical rigor, ethical practice, and sustainability-aligned reporting.I contribute across multiple cross-functional committees and working groups, including the Impact Investing Cohort, Affordable Housing Strategy Working Group, Social Media Working Group, Trust Administration Committee, Third-Party Manager Approval Subcommittee, Impact Investing Approval Committee, and the Technology Implementation Team, with past service on the Racial Justice Committee and Social Committee. I also present oversight reporting to the Investment Committee.I stay actively engaged across the field through Mission Investors Exchange (MIE), PACFA, FAOG, ILPA, CWAN, Commonfund Institute, CAIA, CFA Institute, and CFA Society Pittsburgh, and have presented at conferences and previously served as a CFA Society board member and podcast host. These networks keep me connected to best practices in impact investing, private markets, operations, and analytics.I care deeply about the role of finance in driving social change and thrive in impact-focused environments where data integrity, transparency, innovation, and mission-aligned capital allocation guide decision-making. If you work at the intersection of impact investing, investment management, philanthropic capital, private markets, or financial innovation, I’d love to connect.
