About Bradley Graham

As a Human Resources Consultant at LyondellBasell (LYB), I apply my skills in HR business partnering to support, attract, and retain talent at one of our largest integrated US manufacturing sites in the Houston, Texas metro. Additionally, I have supported LYB’s Texas Gulf Coast midstream division, Equistar Pipeline. Beyond my HRBP experiences, I serve as the Global Co-Chair for LYB’s Young Professionals Employee Network (YPEN). Previously, I supported multiple sites and strategic business units in the Talent Acquisition space.Before joining LYB, I earned my Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University, where I gained valuable knowledge related to staffing, compensation, labor and employment law, change management, and organizational behavior. I also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Baylor University, where I received multiple honors and scholarships for my academic achievement and involvement. I\'ve had the opportunity to support numerous projects and be part of key organizations in my time at Texas A&M and Baylor and continue to rely on skills I learned in my role today.My aim is to leverage my education, experience, and skills to help LYB and our employees achieve their goals and create a positive and inclusive work environment for all.
