My 20-plus years in the construction industry provides me with a diverse background of which I draw from to resolve a wide variety of problems. I have held financial/accounting positions from Staff Accountant to Controller for Construction companies ranging from $20MM -$2.0 billion in revenues. I have been heavily involved in acquisitions from due diligence field work through integrations, and yes, even divestures.I also have operations experience in estimating, contract negotiations, construction project management, production planning/scheduling, and contract completion/close-out.I have been involved in multiple information system implementations, from billing systems, to procurement (purchase-to-pay), to full-blown ERP systems. Using technology and information systems to efficiently manage construction operations and provide financial data in a timely and understandable format, for all users, is my passion.Relying on my wide-ranging experience and knowledge of tools such as Viewpoint Vista, Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL, etc. uniquely enables me to develop solutions to better help you manage your construction company.
