Developed all the experience and skills to help take Startups from initial stages towards commercialization.A professional, interdisciplinary scientist with training at top-level institutions, a history of innovating, and with experience managing projects, budgets, equipment, and personnel. An adaptive and flexible team-player and leader with business acumen. Capable of learning quickly and applying novel solutions to difficult problems. Brad has a passion for science, intuition for business, and a desire to make the world a more sustainable place. His curiosity and love of problem solving has had him diving into multidisciplinary pursuits involving materials science, engineering, semiconductors, drug development, photovoltaics, instrumental design, and catalysis among many others. For each project he has broken through technological barriers by approaching issues using creativity, failure analysis, root cause, and rational design approaches. These resulted in patented technologies and academic research awards. Beyond scientific/engineering endeavors, Brad has accumulated experience in leadership positions, management (personnel, project, laboratory), budgeting, patenting, entrepreneurship, and communication.

   Leading strategic technology and IP development of chemical reactors and catalysts to produce syngas ( RWGS ) and hydrocarbons ( Fischer Tropsch )- Developing and understanding pathways to sustainable chemicals and fuels using carbon dioxide and water as inputs. The Cyclic Carbon Economy- Integrating upstream and downstream pathways for a fully-integrated platform producing Sustainable Aviation Fuel, naphtha, paraffin waxes, and diesel from Captured CO2- Supporting the business team on economics, marketing, policy initiatives, and funding- Wrote grant applications and awarded ~$8m across multiple R&D initiatives and funding agencies- Hiring, motivating, and leading a diverse crew of innovators hell-bent on Saving the World!
