As the Lead Pastor of Cross & Crown Church, I serve as the primary preacher, theological- and vision-caster for a congregation committed to Christ’s lordship in every sphere of life. My responsibilities include expository preaching with doctrinal clarity, shepherding alongside a team of elders, crafting strategic vision rooted in our Reformed Baptist convictions, and equipping the saints through theological formation and leadership development. I oversee liturgical rhythms that shape our worship in the gospel story. I also steward a pipeline for multiplying leaders, elders, and church planters. I regularly produce resources to help the church think biblically about the times and I represent our body in denominational, network, and public theological settings. Above all, I aim to guard the flock entrusted to me with conviction, clarity, and allegiance to Christ and his Word.
