About Bradley McLain
After a career spanning nearly three decades in the software industry, I retired from UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in January 2023. As General Manager of the EZCall Solutions Group, a startup product division acquired by UKG in 2015, my team and I grew the business from $500K to more than $10M in annual recurring revenue. I developed teams and systems across sales, implementation, cloud operations, product development, and support, as well as overseeing P&L and budgeting for the division.In January 2024 I joined a new startup venture in the Healthcare space. ORlogic delivers tools and timely information managers need to make safe, cost-effective staffing decisions across the perioperative suite.My background in both software and the academy has enabled me to bridge the gap between business and technology, and to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders. I have used my skills in communication and technology to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that met needs in healthcare and other sectors. I always remained close to the technology and maintained a hands-on approach to product management and engineering. My goal is always to empower teams, facilitate collaboration and drive strategic business success. I am passionate about software, problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
