Lead electrical design and execution of turnkey industrial E-Room solutions for clients across energy, manufacturing, and processing industries. Ensure code compliance, system reliability, and integration of power, controls, and instrumentation systems. Mentor junior engineers and serve as a primary technical liaison with clients and construction teams.Key Responsibilities:E-Room Design & Engineering: Lead the design and layout of prefabricated and site-built electrical rooms, including power distribution panels, MCCs, VFDs, UPS systems, HVAC power/control, and DCS/PLC integration.Power System Analysis: Conduct load studies, short-circuit/arc flash analysis, and protective device analysis.Code Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs comply with NEC, NFPA 70E, UL 508A, and relevant client specifications.Vendor Coordination: Develop technical specifications and coordinate procurement with major OEMs (ABB, Siemens, Eaton, Schneider).Construction Support: Support on-site installation, QA/QC checks, and commissioning. Lead field troubleshooting of wiring and system issues.Drawing Packages: Generate full drawing sets including single-line diagrams, panel schedules, schematics, termination diagrams, and cable schedules using AutoCAD Electrical.Client Interface: Collaborate directly with clients on technical proposals, design reviews, and change management.Team Leadership: Supervise drafters and junior engineers, review peer designs, and provide technical mentorship
