About Bradley Stevens
I started my career as a Naval Nuclear Power Officer to gain a broad engineering experience and learn Servant Leadership. As a Chemical Engineer I held a variety of Process Engineering & Coordination roles in Refining and Petro Chemicals. As a Hydro Processing Specialist, Refining R&D Group Leader & Manager, I led a team of engineers in Pilot Plant testing for new product development where I leveraged my Six Sigma certification to championed Process Improvement and Digitization. My peers and team members in the past considered me as sincere and visionary. I have always found great satisfaction in mentoring others and generating excitement about the future of the organization.My roles have included troubleshooting, process optimization, data analytics, knowledge management, management systems, project leadership, people management, coaching, training, and application user experience. IT project leader with experience Agile Methodology with JIRA and Confluence. Most recently I have held 2 roles getting exposure to EPC.
