ABOUT BRADLEY SMITH

I provide legal advice, education and strategic counsel to companies large and small and their officers and directors, helping eliminate roadblocks and achieve business goals and objectives. I represent clients in highly-regulated industries with a particular focus on financial services and technology, and I work collaboratively with them to identify, prevent, remediate and mitigate risk in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. I have advised boards on corporate governance and complex commercial transactions. I have also helped navigate a commercial bank through a DOJ investigation of a Ponzi scheme, responded directly to myriad regulatory requests, examinations and inquiries from the DOJ, SEC, OCC, CFPB, FRB and other state and federal regulatory authorities, and conducted multiple internal investigations into alleged fraud and other charges.
