Currently serve as a Project Manager for Nitto Avecia: Primary roles & responsibilities:· Responsible for management of national and international projects worth over $10 Million per year.· Develop in-depth Project Plans that capture the entire project lifecycle. Ensure both internal & external partners understand all deliverables and timelines and that the project remains on track.· Track progression of projects using Microsoft Project/Gantt Charts against timeline milestones, assigned deliverables, and manufacturing events.· Partner with Business Development to minimize scope creep. Analyze timelines & assigned FTE hours to ensure the Scope of Work (SoW) remains with the original parameters. If necessary work with assigned clientele and Business Development to develop an appropriate Change Order or additional SoW.· Excel in leading & managing project teams across numerous departments (AD, QC, QA, PD, MFG, etc.). In addition, manage groups & deliverables across multiple sites when required.· Communicate regularly with department managers in order to anticipate and / or overcome challenges as they occur throughout the project lifecycle. Partner with site leadership & clientele to overcome challenges and identify creative solutions to project hurdles.· Direct both internal & external meetings to ensure proper communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key objectives to continue communication with all departments, provide project updates, capture key notes & necessary action items.
