About Bradley Perry

I have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami, with over 14 years of experience in Mechanical Hydraulic Design in Aerospace products and Requirement Development, Validation and Verification. In my 15+ years at the Boeing Company, I have worked with as a Hydraulic Design Engineer on V-22, a Teardown and Cost Engineer at the St. Louis BR & T Teardown Lab, a Lead Hydraulic Engineer at the Philadelphia Design Center (PDC) supporting various defense and commercial programs FARA, FLRAA, V-22). I currently am the Lead Systems Engineer for the CH-47 UK Modernization Programs, where I manage requirement development, validation and verification for the various upgrades. Hosting Supplier Requirement Reviews (SRRs) and supporting Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews (PDR and CDRs) as well as various other critical program milestones, including Flight Test Programs and Final Examinations.I have previously worked as the Co-Chair of the Boeing Employee Survey Action Team for the PDC. I represent Boeing as a member of SAE International A-6 Aerospace Actuation, Control and Fluid Power Systems working on a variety of specifications and I am currently the Deputy Company Focal to SAE and a Leadership Next (LX) Class of 2026 Member.As a Technical Lead Engineer at Boeing, I have developed an expertise for requirement development, requirement development, requirement verification, design of hydraulic components/systems, and certification of those components/systems for both domestic and international Military customers and Commercial customers. I have worked closely with over 30 suppliers in my career at Boeing, including development of new products, modification of existing products, and product improvements for reliability and/or safety for existing production. I have additionally developed an expertise in requirements development, traceability and validations/verification through both design engineering and project management.I hold several certifications in Engineering backgrounds as part of continued education while being employed at Boeing and I am currently pursuing my MBA at Villanova University. As a leader at the Boeing Company, I have made it my mission to communicate and understand my co-worker, supplier and customers needs and issues throughout my career.I look forward to connecting with you!
