He brings 20+ years of experience working in districts and schools, intermediate education agencies, state departments of education, higher education, and non-profits. The focus of these services is on multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), and in particular Universal Tier (Tier 1) services that promote equitable opportunity to learn for all students.
