In charge of the day to day running of the UK and Ireland sales office for FBI Food Group, an international food importer of chicken, duck and bacon products. Working with customers to ensure their product requirements are met. Duties include ensuring that profit margins are maintained, sourcing new products to the market, maintaining existing relationships with customers, prospecting for new customers, and other general account management duties.
