   Brad is Co-Chair of Stevens & Lee\'s Higher Education Practice and acts as outside general counsel to multiple institutions of higher education and nonprofits. In this capacity, he provides counsel on a variety of policy, strategy, employment, and higher education issues. Brad has more than 30 years of experience representing both institutions of higher education and major corporations, including nonprofit organizations and businesses in health care, education, banking, credit lending and retail sectors.Brad is also a trial lawyer who has extensive experience before state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He has handled a wide range of matters for his clients and has particular experience in complex commercial and business disputes, contract disputes, employment disputes and significant real estate and probate litigation matters.Higher Education/NonprofitBrad counsels his higher education and nonprofit clients on numerous policy and compliance issues, as well as all manner of student, faculty, and administration issues.
