About Bradley Matlock
Bradley D. Matlock is a man who speaks about himself in the first person.I am much more practical than I am ambitious, and I am a mercenary in the truest sense of the word. I do a job for money. That is not to say that I do not enjoy my work, or that I operate without a moral compass. Only that my principal occupation is what I do, not who I am; and I do it only because my avocation won’t keep a roof over my head and beans on the table. Throughout my working life I have always been a part of the inner workings of the organizations with which I have associated. My track record demonstrates that I not only exceed expectations individually, but also improve the performance of those around me. In addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of my assigned roles, I have developed and executed new (now well established) departmental processes, developed Microsoft Access database applications both inter-departmentally and for external clients, as well as being involved in the training of others locally, nationally and internationally. I strive not for personal recognition in the corporate arena (I actually shudder at the thought of that), but rather for outstanding team performance that reflects well on my direct up-line reports. I derive the greatest personal satisfaction from helping others achieve their goals. If I had a super-power, I would be invisible. Nobody is concerned about how a clock works when they are certain the time is accurate and reliable.
