I strive to apply the knowledge obtained during my experiences at Ernst & Young, servicing clients in the Real Estate, Home-building, and Retail Consumer Product industries to the current challenges investors potentially face in analyzing market trends, financial statement analysis and ultimately structuring a diversified portfolio.In 2017, I founded S&L Capital Group with my business partner, Corey Siegel. S&L Capital Group is a private lending company that provides alternative financing solutions to real estate investors through out the state of California. With the creative loan structures that have popped up over the years only to change overnight, the Company takes a straightforward approach in providing capital for its clients. As do our clients, we see value in “education”, “transparency” and “consistency”. Due to the composition of our private investor base, we are able to consistently provide loan options even when market sentiment shifts.We actively provide capital for clients acquiring or refinancing the following real estate assets:• SFR, 2-4 unit• Multi-Family• Industrial WarehouseThe driving force in my career is to constantly increase my knowledge base through networking, work experience, and continued education. I truly believe that complacency will eventually lead to a decrease in motivation and performance. I hold an Active CPA and Real Estate Broker\'s license in the state of California.
