Physical chemist and environmental scientist specializing in air quality monitoring. I lead teams of field and data scientists to deliver high quality, actionable environmental data. Often we collaborate with developing instrumentation manufacturers, regulatory, policy, and legal experts to deliver complex data, analysis, and advocacy projects. Our teams are involved with air quality monitoring and environmental issues across Texas including identifying abandoned oil and gas asset methane leaks to monitoring urban and rural air pollution. Our projects range from air monitoring network operation to peer reviewed research publications and public speaking engagements. For the past several years, I have focused on developing technical capacities in a global technical work force (~700 staff world-wide). I\'ve been on teams developing technical training and career progression, and digital and innovation transformation. Most recently I have begun working with my organizations strategy and business development team.
