As Territory Sales Manger for Nationwide, I am able to do what I love everyday:• Work with Agency Owners to build and grow their agency with a carrier that is well known for taking care of its members• Appoint new agencies to represent the Nationwide Brand• Create merger strategies, perpetuation strategies, and business plans• Provide training, advice, and insight with agency owners and their staff on how to better navigate their relationship with Nationwide I work in a large geographic area of Texas-DFW West and areas South and West of there up to 1-1.5 hours and West Texas (San Angelo, Abilene, Midland, Odessa, Lubbock, Amarillo, and El Paso). Due to this, I place much effort into planning my calendar so that I can keep a regular schedule of face to face visits with the agencies in my territory. As well, it has helped me leverage virtual meeting technology and follow up methods so that I can readily interact with agency staff between face to face meetings to keep everyone up to date on Nationwide enhancements and changes. When I’m on the road for work in Texas (Fort Worth to El Paso), I enjoy finding local places to eat. Due to being such a “Foodie,” I do my best to stay active. Orangetheory Fitness, Softball, and Trail Running and Hiking allow me to keep exploring the local favorites. Outside of work, I like to find local festivals and events in Dallas to explore and meet up with friends and family exploring new cities across the U.S. As a former Nashville, TN resident, I enjoy listening to the great live music at local venues and, of course, Nashville Predators Hockey!
