Responsible for guiding the Williston Team to gain more inventory and maximize economic results. This included leading the team to optimize well spacing/completion design through various modelling and quantitative analysis (SWPM & CPG), leading evaluations of all sizes for acquisitions and divestitures, and creating/overseeing the Williston Basin development plan. Also was responsible for leading the team in secondary recovery methods primarily refracs, infill drilling and EOR and gas storage options. In addition, was responsible for our entire Williston acreage of ~460 producing wells. This included creating/maintaining appropriate type curves, running well economics for AFE and workover, monitoring flowback operations, leading well lookbacks, PDP forecasting, and all Non-Op elections. Was also responsible for the Williston Planned volumes, capital spend, LOE spend, etc. and adjusted it as necessary. Managed the reserve process
