   Develop and deploy standardized recommended practices across all departments as applicable. • Continuously review current standards, policies, designs, etc. to evaluate potential for process efficiencies and simplification. • Lead efforts to pursue creative and innovative means to run our operations such as implementing various applications of automation to improve efficiencies. • Work closely with Gas Operations (Construction, Drilling, Completions, Production, Water, and Midstream) to provide support on critical path items, as well as provide early detection and resolution of issues. • Work closely with the Ops Integration Team to understand upcoming operational challenges/risks in the schedule and pull appropriate stakeholders together to derive solutions. • Support operational transitions through close internal communication and planning assistance. • Analysis of operational, strategic, and timing solutions to create Net Asset Value for CNX. • Work to support onboarding and monitoring new contractors. Ensure contractors comply with all company, state and federal oil & gas regulations. • Identify existing or potential hazards at work locations related to safety and environmental hazards. • Investigate accidents/incidents, conduct root causes, and provide written reports including recommendations for prevention. • Quality Management System - conduct audits, assist with vendor qualification process, and review 3rd party vendor audit results. • Oversee, develop and maintain the Process Safety Management Systems (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP). • Provide direction of PSM requirements by contributing to the development, implementation, and expansion by way of sustaining specific policies, procedures, programs and training; to achieve and maintain compliance with Health & Safety and environmental laws and regulations. • Maintain and expanded upon the working knowledge of PSM, to include applicable state and federal rules and regulations.
