   Managed Earth Station Antenna projects for both fixed and mobile antenna systems in a cross-functional environment with engineering, installation vendors, procurement, suppliers and logistics. Projects may have an off-the-shelf antenna configuration or require custom engineering of RF hardware and control software. • Managed a standard configuration $28.6M delivery program of 30 mobile systems meeting a procurement specification for a defense contractor and government end-user. Between each phase of system builds, led program reviews with engineering and manufacturing, resulting in major strides in quality and consistency. • Planned and managed two complex fixed earth station antenna projects that require custom RF system engineering design, implementation of 3rd party monitor and control (M&C), factory lab witness testing, and turn-up at domestic and foreign locations, each valued at $2M or more. • Guided the first-time build of a customized antenna product through a design review, product manual development, and final assembly and verification testing.
