Brad worked for Western Scientific in San Diego, where he managed their multi-million-dollar portfolio of institutional storage facilities. He oversaw all purchasing, price negotiations, and budgeting for the company, providing him with a unique perspective on the real estate industry. Brad is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, Realtors Commercial Alliance, Oklahoma City Metro Association of Realtors, Commercial Real Estate Council, and the Southern Oklahoma Board of Realtors. He has also served as a guest lecturer for the Art of Real Estate, where he focused on various subjects related to commercial real estate, particularly asset management and acquisition. Finally, Brad is a proud veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps. He pursued Project Management at San Diego State University after being honorably discharged.
