About Brad Harrington
My passion and work have always focused on two areas. First, helping individuals find meaning in their life and their work. Second, helping organizational leaders adopt approaches that embrace and utilize the full talents of their people. I have extensive experience as a global executive with Hewlett-Packard and have worked closely (as a teacher, consultant, researcher, and writer) with some of the world\'s leading employers as they have implemented more democratic, participative, and enlightened forms of management. Specialties: Consulting, researching, writing, and teaching on issues related to the management of organizational change, career management and work-life integration, work and family, and contemporary workforce management strategies. In recent years, much of my research, writing and speaking has been focused on the changing role of fathers in the United States. I am the lead author of \"The New Dad\" series, which has consisted of eight annual research studies aimed at better understanding how fathers roles and identity in the home and the workplace are evolving and changing.
