My passion is twofold. Sales, and making sales easier. As a Sales Operations Manager at Dippin\' Dots, I help \"connect the Dots\" by building processes that cut out repetitive administrative work, and allow teams to spend their time focusing on relationship and bottom line building. As a leader in sales and account management with 15 years experience, spanning telecom, retail, CPG, electronics and mobile technology, and food and beverage, I have held roles as an individual contributor, a people leader, and a project manager. During that time, both in my professional and personal life, I have always looked for opportunities to get better at something.anything!    I am currently overseeing all Sales Operation/Enablement technologies in tandem with managing the relationships with several of Dippin\' Dots\' largest customers. My responsibilities include the construction of all new business process forms and automation, administration of existing processes, and weekly sales/dashboard reporting and analytics. In addition to these efforts, I maintain a more traditional sales and account management role where I am responsible for the continued growth of a large book of business.
