I have over 25 years of experience in the customer service, sales, food, and technical support industries. My expertise is expansive and very diverse. My resume is a brief summary of my decades of experience in multiple fields. I have three main pillars of expertise:SERVICE: I have dedicated my life to serving others. My customer service skills are the best you will find. I am very personable and quickly identify the needs of the customer I am serving. I live by the Golden Rule and treat each person as I would like to be treated with kindness and respect regardless of the situation, to ensure the most positive outcome possible. This also extends into several leadership roles I have filled on the Board of Directors for my community and in servant leadership roles in my church congregation.TECHNICAL: I have an Applied Science Degree in Electronics Engineering. I have always had a natural ability to learn and adapt to highly technical processes and understand the inner workings of technology and physiology. Even at a very early age, I always enjoyed understanding how and why things work mechanically or biologically. PEOPLE: I have a lifetime of deep personal understanding of emotional intelligence with many lived experiences of many psychological conditions. My ability to understand others and listen deeply come from years of working with PTSD and other psychological conditions, in support of others through pastoral care and peer support. My experience is very well-rounded and covers a vast area of topics. I am seeking a position that will take me into retirement in the next 15 to 20 years. Great benefits for myself and my spouse is most important to me. I enjoy working hard and being a positive source of influence to my coworkers; I am a servant-leader regardless of my role. I’m searching for an administrative or customer service position. I’m highly adaptable and eager to learn a new industry. While I have sales experience, at this stage in my career I’m no longer interested in doing sales.
