My CRM industry experience includes leading deployments across various market segments including energy, financial services, manufacturing, distribution, construction, information systems, and advisory. In addition to being a Microsoft certified Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, I am also a certified Power Platform Solution Architect. While working on implementations I take an open minded, milestone-based approach to help our partners and their clients develop and execute their pipeline philosophy. While they may find the ambiguity of a new system stressful, I do my best to translate their objectives into their tailored user experience while tooling and enabling them to champion their journey.
